We are based in the well known tourist area of Platanes( Adelianos Kampos), which is about 10 minutes East of Rethymno on the North Coast of Crete.

About 90% of our work is on what we call Project houses, these project houses offer very good value for money and are generally about 20% below the average market value, this is because we construct several houses all in one go and pass the saving onto you.

All of our project houses are detached and have their own private swimming pool. 

We offer a wide range of floor tiles, kitchens and bathrooms for you to choose from, each house is individually designed to your specification. We are also prepared to construct a house on a piece of land you might already own, or maybe build you a swimming pool.
